The Konstantina Villas
are a small holiday homes resort at Xiro Horio.
The facility consists from double bungalows and slowly expands down the slope into an olive grove.
Each half double bungalow has 60 square meters of floor space and it's own small garden with a private swimming pool.

Xiro Horio
is a tiny village above the bay of  Rethymnon on the island of Crete, marking the lower entrance to the Myli gorge.
In these quiet surroundings, the local kafenion is the village's only business enterprise. There is also a church, of course.
The next shops, restaurants, and bars are located in the 3 kms distant hotel suburbs of Rethymnon town.

All villas are for sale as well (as far as not already sold), also starting from plan.
It is up to you whether you use your villa on your own or let the facility management rent it to tourists.
Both ways of usage can also be combined at pleasure.
